This position requires an experienced and versatile individual who thrives in a busy, small office environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • program registration
  • marketing, emails and communication
  • sales and customer service
  • bank deposits
  • accounts receivable & payable
  • data entry
  • maintaining office environment and supplies

Required Skills, Abilities and Experience

  • previous office experience
  • proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel
  • organized, detail oriented and analytical
  • knowledge of QuickBooks is an asset
  • knowledge of Canadian accounting procedures
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • able to work both unsupervised and as part of a team

This is a position that will run from September to April each year.

Applicant will be required to Maintenance and General Duties at the Soccer Quest Sports Facility.

Duties may include, but not be limited to

  • janitorial work
  • turf maintenance
  • small construction
  • painting tasks
