Youth Winter Indoor Program

Soccer Quest is excited to announce that registration is now open for our 2022 Youth Winter Indoor Program.  Below is a breakdown of what is provided, as well as the ages and session details.

All sessions will be held at Kamloops Christian School gymnasium.

Programs are scheduled to run Saturday afternoons.  Dates as follows:  Jan 8, 15, 22, 29, Feb 5, 12, 26, Mar 5, 12.

All spectators must provide proof of vaccination in order to enter the gym.

What your children can expect:

  • Learn the good habits from Pro-coaches about the most popular sport in the world and how to play it
  • Get your own soccer jersey with the Soccer Quest FC logo
  • Get to learn some cool tricks and techniques and show off to your friends!
  • Work hard, play hard and earn a chance to train in our Academy program.
  • Make some new friends who play your favourite sport
  • Enjoy some physical activity in a fun and warm environment!

What the parents can expect:

  • All sessions are held at Kamloops Christian School at the same times each week.
  • All sessions will follow BC Soccer's Return to Play guidelines, to see these guidelines click HERE.
  • No volunteers. Our pro-coaches are not just passionate about soccer; they all have the appropriate licenses to facilitate the appropriate skills and knowledge to your children.
  • The program is designed to have no parent involvement however sometimes it is needed with the little ones.
  • Future Opportunities. Our year round Academy program trains young players to compete at the highest levels in the province.  This is where they start.
  • Enjoy your time watching your future soccer star!

Royal LePage U4/5 (born 2018/2017)

- 9 Sessions, all 45 minutes long on Saturdays afternoons.
- All sessions lead by licensed professionals who follow a program based on Canada Soccer’s LTPD (Long Term Player Development Program).
- Sessions will focus on individual development as well as 3v3 or 4v4 small sided games within a small grouping.
- Any spectators must be fully vaccinated as per the PHO.  Vaccination checks will be at the door weekly.
- Participants are asked to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the session, and to leave as soon as the session is finished.

Sessions will be at 12:45pm - 1:30pm.

Morelli Chertkow U6/7/8 (born 2016/2015/2014)

- 9 Sessions, all 1 hour long on Saturdays.
- All sessions lead by licensed professionals who follow a program based on Canada Soccer’s LTPD (Long Term Player Development Program).
- Sessions will focus on individual development as well as 3v3 to 5v5 small sided games.
- Any spectators must be fully vaccinated as per the PHO.  Vaccinations checks will be at the door weekly
- Participants are asked to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the session, and to leave as soon as the session is finished.

Sessions will be at 1:45pm - 2:45pm.

Smith Cheverolet U9-U12 (born 2013-2010)

- 9 Sessions, all 1 hour long on Saturdays.
- All sessions lead by licensed professionals who follow a program based on Canada Soccer’s LTPD (Long Term Player Development Program).
- Any spectators must be fully vaccinated as per the PHO.  Vaccinations checks will be at the door weekly
- Sessions will focus on individual development as well as 5v5 futsal World Cup games.
- Participants are asked to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the session, and to leave as soon as the session is finished.

Sessions will be at 3:00pm - 4:00pm.

Players may be moved teams or age groups at the discretion of the SQ staff in order to create parity and offer the most appropriate learning environment for your children.
