-10 X 1 hour sessions every MONDAY here at our facility
-Program runs April 19 to June 21 with separate gender classes

-18 participants per class maximum

-$80.00

-Licensed coaches ONLY will instruct these classes.  Parents and house coaches are welcome to attend so coaching habits can be continued at home
